Lead Times/Shipping Your Order:
Sample orders will ship within one week of order via USPS Ground Service. If you need expedited service please email us at sales@thatcherstudio.com
Wallpaper orders will ship within one week of purchase if the product is in stock and will usually ship via USPS Two Day Air. If the product is not currently in stock, the wallpaper can have up to a 6-8 week lead time.
Tile orders will ship within one week of purchase if the product is in stock and will usually ship via freight service. If the product is not currently in stock, the tile can have up to an 8-10 week lead time plus tranit. Please inquire at sales@thatcherstudio.com for a custom freight quote for your tile order.
Have you already spoken to someone at Juju HQ about the lead time of your wallpaper or tile? If so, you can rest assured that the lead time that you were told is correct, regardless of this email. If you have not yet spoken to us about the possible lead time of your wallpaper, please email us at sales@thatcherstudio.com or call 503.764 7610.
International Orders:
International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. Please also note that an accurate phone number on your payment and shipping information will ensure that your order is less likely to be held up in customs. We cannot mark merchandise shipped overseas as a gift or otherwise lie about the product’s value to skirt or reduce customs fees.
