Because of the hand-made-to-order nature of the product, no returns are possible except in the case of a print flaw. If any such claims are to be made, please do so within two weeks of receiving the wallpaper, and we will review your issue.
CALCULATING HOW MUCH WALLPAPER YOU NEED
If you would like help calculating how much wallpaper you need, feel free to get in touch with us at email@example.com. We can supply you with a quick "roll count"- all we need is the height and width of each wall you intend to cover. Do not subtract for doors or windows.
If you are calculating yourself, remember that it is standard to ensure that you always have at least "one extra drop" on hand when calculating your roll count. This is a conservative estimate. Should everything go according to plan, you should have a little bit of wallpaper leftover. You can keep this wallpaper should the wallpaper ever be damaged in the future. This leftover wallpaper is not returnable.
You should also pay attention to the repeat of the pattern, remembering that the repeat needs to match up side to side across your wall, and that there will be no horizontal cuts, only full “drops”.
Wallpaper roll count estimates are supplied by Juju in good faith, for your assistance, but without guarantee, since site conditions are beyond our control. We can accept no liability for the performance of the products arising out of such use. Our liability will not exceed the value of the products in question. We are not liable for loss of profits and consequential, financial, or other losses.
International orders are typically shipped via UPS or Fed Ex and insured for full value. Orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on the speed of your local post and customs office. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot mark merchandise shipped overseas as a gift or otherwise lie about the product’s value to skirt or reduce customs fees.
For items shipped outside of the United States, you accept the risk of loss and title for that merchandise upon our delivery of your package to the carrier. Juju Papers is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. Juju Papers will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Juju Papers, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs incurred on the package (original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to us. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise credit, if any.
